Melanie Raap-Eitreim is a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer and President of MAP, Inc, an engineering firm she formed in 2016. With 20 years of engineering experience, she is involved in all aspects of project electrical design.  She is responsible for design and supervision of the preparation of plans and specifications for all types of commercial, institutional, industrial and high-density residential projects.  Melanie is involved with the design of power distribution, lighting, communication wiring, fire alarm and sound systems.  Her responsibilities also include construction observation and coordination for these types of projects.  Previously, Melanie had been with West Plains Engineering, Inc. for 13 years, and with TSP for 4 years prior to that.  BS in Electrical Engineering from SDSU 1999.

Jeremy Eitreim is a Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer at MAP, Inc. With 12 years of engineering experience, he is involved in all aspects of project mechanical design.  He is responsible for design and supervision of the preparation of plans and specifications for all types of commercial, institutional, industrial and high-density residential projects.  Jeremy is involved with the design of the heating, ventilation and air condition (HVAC), temperature controls, plumbing design and providing fire protection performance specifications.  His responsibilities also include construction observation and coordination for these types of projects.  Previously, Jeremy had been with TSP, Inc. for 20 years.  BS in Mechanical Engineering from SDSU 2009.
